Social Media Relations Manager
We are looking for a dynamic person to join the AMES I.T. Academy team to help us grow our social media reach.
As Social Media Relation Manager, you will take care of website administration and work with our clients to achieve communications through a social media environment. You will become a key member of the relevant online communities and be the AMES brand advocate within these communities.
With a passion for communication, you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of social media spaces and have the ability to rapidly absorb and apply new technical information. Strong communication and writing skills are essential for this role along with the confidence to be able to make new business contacts and build best-in-business social networking skills.
Preferably you will already be active in online communities and have an understanding of how social media fits into the marketing and communications mix. However, we will consider an applicant that has recently graduated with recent marketing qualifications.
You will:
- Be across a variety of social media trends and platforms
- Have experience in SEO, SEM and link building
- Take pride in your work and provide exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy the challenge of turning around quality, accurate information at a pace to meet deadlines
- Be committed to getting the job done right the first time
- Be a team player who shows initiative and see solutions when presented with problems
- Have strong people skills and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Your written communications and verbal English is excellent
- Have experience writing blogs and newsletters, while managing social media channels and content in a business context
- Have at least three years experience working in a communications role or a relevant tertiary marketing qualification having recently graduated.

Programming Tutor
AMES IT Academy is looking for a tutor extraordinaire to depart their knowledge in programming. You will have a passion to see that your students are successful and are ready to enter the workforce with the necessary programming skills to enter the workforce with confidence.
You will have experience in:
Microsoft MCTS certification in .NET 3.5 or 4.0 and Microsoft SQL Server is preferable.
